Full ingredients
Magnesium Bisglycinate, Ashwagandha Root Extract (KSM-66®) (Withania somnifera), Capsule Shell (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose), Griffonia simplicifolia Seed Extract, Green Tea Leaf Extract (Camellia sinensis), Maltodextrin.
Contains naturally occurring caffeine at less than 1 mg per serving, a fraction of one percent of a cup of coffee.
How to take
Take three capsules daily with water. Do not exceed the stated daily dose.

A West African shrub whose seeds are naturally rich in 5-HTP. Ours is standardised to 30%, so every serving carries a consistent 100 mg of 5-HTP. Same number, every tub.
Providing 100 mg L-theanine
Green tea leaf extract
A green tea leaf extract standardised to 98% natural theanine. Each serving provides 100 mg of L-theanine, the amino acid green tea is best known for, with under 1 mg of naturally occurring caffeine.

No. The capsule shell is HPMC, a plant-derived cellulose.
