Take Noctiva Reset for 30 nights. If you are not happy, email support@noctivahealth.uk within 60 days of delivery and we refund the full amount. Whatever you ordered, the tub you have opened stays with you, no reason needed, even if it is empty.

The complete terms

• The promise covers your first Noctiva Reset order only, single tub or three-tub pack. One promise per customer. Repeat orders are not covered.
• Email us within 60 days of the day your order is delivered, quoting your order number.
• Refunds include any standard delivery charge and are made to your original payment method.
• Single tub orders: no return is required, and the tub does not need to be unused or unopened. Your full refund is made within 14 days of your claim.
• Three-tub pack orders: the tub you have opened is yours to keep, no return required. We email you a prepaid postage label for the sealed tubs; once they are posted, with proof of postage being enough, your full refund is made within 14 days. The promise covers one opened tub per claim: if more than one tub has been opened, we deduct the pack's per-tub price of £33.33 for each additional opened tub, since opened tubs cannot be returned or restocked.
• The promise is a personal guarantee for the customer who placed the order. We may decline a claim we reasonably believe is fraudulent or abusive, for example repeat claims by one person through different accounts.

This promise is in addition to your legal rights, including your 14 day right to cancel and your rights if goods are faulty. Your statutory rights are not affected.
