TERMS OF SERVICE — NOCTIVA HEALTH

These terms apply when you buy from noctivahealth.com. Please read them before ordering. Your statutory rights are not affected by anything in these terms.

YOUR ORDER

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email to confirm dispatch. If we cannot supply — for example because the batch has sold out — we will tell you and refund anything paid.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Any delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order.

DELIVERY

Details, timescales and the launch batch schedule are on our Shipping and delivery page (https://noctivahealth.com/pages/shipping-delivery). Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

CANCELLATION, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

THE PRODUCT

Noctiva Reset is a food supplement intended for adults. It is not a medicine and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied diet. Read the label before use, including the full ingredient information (https://noctivahealth.com/pages/ingredients-allergens), and do not exceed the stated daily dose. Not suitable for anyone under 18, or for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding. If you take medication or are under medical supervision, consult your doctor before use.

The content of this website — including text, images, logos and branding — belongs to Noctiva Health Ltd or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. Product information is provided for general guidance; the label on the product in your hands is the definitive information for that batch. You must not use this website unlawfully or in a way that damages it or impairs anyone else's use of it.

OUR LIABILITY

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise we are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms, and our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.

COMPLAINTS AND LAW

If something is wrong, email us first at support@noctivahealth.uk and we will try to put it right quickly. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction — unless you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, where you may bring proceedings in your local courts.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published at the time you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
