A West African shrub whose seeds are naturally rich in 5-HTP. Ours is standardised to 30%, so every serving carries a consistent 100 mg of 5-HTP. Same number, every tub.

What is Noctiva Reset?

Who is it for?
Adults working nights, lates and rotating shifts, and anyone whose hours run against the clock. Not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding. If you take medication or are under medical supervision, consult your doctor before use.
How do I take it?
Take 3 capsules daily with water. Pick a point in your routine you will actually keep, and keep it consistent. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Does it contain caffeine?
Under 1 mg per serving, occurring naturally in the green tea leaf extract we use as the source of L-theanine.
Can I take it with medication?
If you take medication or are under medical supervision, consult your doctor before use. Not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Are the capsules gelatin?
No. The capsule shell is HPMC, a plant-derived cellulose.
When does it launch?

How long does a tub last?
